TESTUMGEBUNG für den bestehenden Moodlekurs mit den erweiterten KI-Funktionen.

Auszug aus dem Modulhandbuch zum Modul "Multi-Channel-Infrastructure" vermittelt zentrale Kompetenzen zur Gestaltung, Umsetzung und Bewertung moderner Multi-Channel-Strategien im E-Commerce. Im Fokus stehen die Integration verschiedener Absatz- und Kommunikationskanäle, Fulfillment-Prozesse sowie mobile Geschäftsmodelle. Studierende entwickeln in einer Fallstudie einen eigenen Online-Shop und lernen dabei, technische, logistische und wirtschaftliche Herausforderungen praxisnah zu lösen.

Empfohlene Vorkenntnisse: Grundlagen in IT, BWL und Logistik
Lehrform: Vorlesung/Seminar (inkl. Fallstudienarbeit)
Leistungsnachweis: Klausur (75 %) + praktische Arbeit (25 %)
ECTS: 6.0

Das Modul setzt sich aus zwei Veranstaltungen zusammen:

  • Multi-Channel-Logistics: Logistische Herausforderungen und Lösungen im Multi-Channel-Commerce (Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ingo Dittrich)
  • Mobile Commerce: Geschäftsmodelle, Technologien und Prototyping mobiler Anwendungen (Gilbert Seilheimer)
